Roasting
Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is pleasant to taste. It softens and transforms into an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a delicious coffee that is delicious on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It's a perfect match for lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water should then be moved through the grounds using the plunger, but do not stir or stir the coffee, as this can cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.

Storage
Lazy Sunday is a smooth light roast with citrus, sweet and cocoa scent. It has a soft mouthfeel that softens the palette. The cocoa notes can be traced to a winters' day sitting on the sofa reading a good book with an intimate hug from the family. Prepare your French Press by using water that isn't at the boiling point. This is recommended to stop the coffee from over extracting and creating unwanted elements in the drink. Add the grounds, and 250ml of water that is off the boil. Steep for 4 minutes then plunge and enjoy.
